Interpretation

Words with capitalized initials have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of singular or plural use.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to SpaceTree Dynamics.
Service refers to the SpaceTree VCards SaaS platform (website and application).
You means the individual or company accessing or using the Service.

Acknowledgment

These Terms govern the use of the Service and form a legally binding agreement between You and the Company.

By using SpaceTree VCards, You agree to comply with these Terms. If You do not agree, please discontinue use.

You confirm that You are at least 18 years old.

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Accounts and Subscriptions

To use premium features, You must create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Subscription fees, billing cycles, and refund rules are described during checkout. Refunds may only be provided where required by law.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites not controlled by Us. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate Your account immediately if You breach these Terms. Upon termination, You must stop using the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by You for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided “AS IS”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

At SpaceTree Dynamics, we value customer satisfaction and transparency. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Orders for digital vCards or NFC cards can only be cancelled before processing or activation of the service.
Once a digital vCard is created, activated, or an NFC card is dispatched/printed, cancellations are not possible.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at vcards@spacetreedynamics.com with your order details.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued if the order is cancelled before processing or activation.
No refund will be provided once the digital vCard service is activated or the NFC card is printed/dispatched, as these are personalized products.
In case of technical issues or payment errors (such as double charges), please contact our support team. Verified cases will be refunded within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Refund eligibility is solely at the discretion of SpaceTree Dynamics.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service means You accept the revised Terms.
